M100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the m100 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services offered. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date you register or first use the m100 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms & Account Entry
By registering an account on the m100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding.
To register and use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a Malaysian citizen or resident eligible to use online services.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be on any list of persons prohibited or restricted by law from using online betting services.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered m100 user, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. This includes all bets placed, transactions carried out, and any information submitted via that account.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using this platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or while using the platform.
- Using fraudulent methods, technical exploits, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Disrupting platform operations by any technical means, including cyberattacks or attempts to compromise our systems.
M100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the m100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid before confirming any transaction.
Deposits into your m100 account can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local Malaysian online banking. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which can be viewed in the account section after logging in.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
- M100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any taxes or charges relating to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law.
M100 is not liable for any losses arising from transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Liability Limits, Suspension & Account Closure
The m100 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, technical disruptions, or downtime.
M100's liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited and not yet used in your account at the time of the relevant incident. m100 is not liable for any anticipated profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
M100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any terms set out in this document.
- Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering is detected on the account.
- The user fails to provide identity verification documents within the required timeframe when requested.
- Account inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation conducted by m100.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the m100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of m100 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without express written permission from m100.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. m100 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Your access to third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
M100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with the m100 platform and these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
